Corporate Receptionist

Portico are delighted to be recruiting an organised polished and people focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a renowned and historic institution in the heart of the West End.

This exclusive organisation provides business leaders and executives with a premium membership experience offering elegant workspaces meeting areas networking opportunities and a programme of seminars training sessions and high profile events. As the first point of contact you will play a key role in shaping the experience of every member and guest who walks through the door.

As a Corporate Receptionist you will ensure that every visitor receives a warm attentive and professional welcome. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional meet and greet service for members guests and VIP clientele
• Conducting site tours and new member inductions
• Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard
• Supporting the coordination of onsite events seminars and training sessions
• Building strong relationships with members and anticipating their needs
• Upholding the high standards and reputation of this iconic West End location
• This is a role for someone who thrives in a polished people centric environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy prestigious setting.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week 8am - 8pm (am shift: 08:00-16:30/ pm shift 11:30-20:00)
Salary: 33723 per annum
