Corporate Guest Services Manager

Portico is looking for an exceptional Guest Services Manager to lead the delivery of world class Boardroom and Front of House services provided by our team at the Bristol Reading and London offices of a revered law firm. 

Acting as the heartbeat of the operations youll create a welcoming and community focused environment while ensuring seamless service across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the delivery of all Portico services including Reception Boardrooms and Switchboard.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients becoming the trusted go to person on site.
• Create a warm engaging workplace experience that enhances daily life for the firms colleagues.
• Manage motivate and develop a diverse team ensuring high performance and exceptional service.
• Oversee staffing SOPs audits KPIs and SLAs to maintain consistently high standards.
• Produce monthly client reports and act as the key escalation point for senior leadership.
• Work closely with stakeholders on projects co working initiatives and service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security health & safety and employment legislation.
• Regularly visit the Bristol and Reading offices as part of your leadership remit.

Hours: 40 hours per week Mon-Fri
Salary: 50000 per annum

• Extensive leadership experience in a high-end corporate or premium service environment.
• Proven ability to lead large dynamic teams and develop future leaders.
• Strong client service background with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport trust and positive relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive solutions focused mindset.
• High attention to detail polished personal presentation and a calm professional manner.
• Experience with meeting room booking systems (e.g. Condeco) visitor management tools helpdesk systems and AV/conferencing platforms (Zoom Teams).
