Corporate Development Manager

Purpose of the Role

Ocorian continues to drive growth through an active M&A strategy. We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to join our Corporate Development team and support the execution of our ambitious inorganic growth plans.

Working closely with the Group Head of Corporate Development you will play a key role in delivering transactions endtoend and contributing to strategic expansion.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions from initial evaluation through to completion
• Prepare investment papers valuations and financial models to support decision-making
• Support deal structuring negotiation and documentation with legal and advisors
• Manage transaction timelines and coordinate day-to-day project delivery
• Oversee due diligence processes across internal teams and external advisors
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to senior management and the Board
• Support successful post-merger integration of acquisitions

Qualifications :

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• M&A experience (Big 4 investment bank or corporate) with end-to-end deal exposure
• Experience in financial professional or tech-enabled services 
• Strong financial modelling valuation and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of finance accounting and transaction processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams 
• Strong communication and presentation skills at a senior stakeholder level
• Collaborative mindset with high professional standards and attention to detail
