Your role:

As a Corporate Development Manager you will play a key role in driving growth across international markets by building and strengthening strategic relationships with insurers brokers life companies financial advisory firms networks and trade bodies. Acting as a trusted partner you will promote the full breadth of the CIIs corporate proposition while expanding its global footprint.

This is a highly commercial sales-focused role where you will take ownership of a substantial existing portfolio with real opportunity to develop and grow accounts further. You will be responsible for driving regional performance identifying new opportunities and expanding into new international markets.

With a strong focus on revenue generation you will use a consultative sales approach to win new business retain and grow existing clients and maximise renewal opportunities. You will create and execute account plans proactively spot opportunities and drive uptake of key offerings such as e-learning professional development and Corporate Chartered titles.

Alongside individual contribution you will also support and collaborate with theteam sharing market insights and contributing to overall business development strategy. You will stay close to global market trends using insights to shape conversations influence direction and ensure the CII remains competitive and relevant internationally.

Interview process:

We understand that taking time to prepare for and to attend interviews is a big commitment and want the process to be as transparent as possible.

You can expect the following process from us:

  • A short introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
  • A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Regional Director of Market & Opportunities
  • A formal 2nd Stage (Teams/In-person TBC) interview with leadership representatives of the Market & Opportunities teams followed by a presentation (topic will be given advance).
