Your programme
Youwillwork within the Policy andPublic Affairsteamsas part of theCorporate Affairsdirectorate.Responsibilitieswillvary butare likely toinclude:
Policyandpolitical researchand insight.Monitoringand summarisingparliamentary activity governmentannouncementsand wider policy developments.
Drafting internalbriefings and external engagement documents.For exampleupdates onpolitical andpolicyannouncementsresponses togovernment and parliamentaryconsultations.
Stakeholder engagement support.Assistingwith the preparation andfollowupfor meetingsforexampleby researching MPs interests ordraftingkeymessages.
Policy analysis andposition development.Workingwith colleaguestodevelopcompany positions on emerginggovernment policiesincludingdeveloping the evidencebaseto understand theimplicationsofdifferent options.

For this roleyoullneed to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
