Here at Chubb Fire & Security were looking to add a Coordinator to our Community Care team based out of our Blackburn HQ. This role plays a key part to ensure all project orders and variations are processed and invoiced to meet forecasted targets. Accuracy in contract administration is also a key part of the role.

LOCATION: Blackburn / office based / Monday Friday 9am 5pm
SALARY: Up to 27000.00 per annum DOE

What Youll be Doing as a Coordinator;
- To accept and convert new / variation orders for project installations via JDE operating system.
- Contract file creation
- Ordering & expediting of equipment involving stock & third-party orders
- Raising of sub-contract orders
- Invoicing inclusive of payment applications proforma and full/part invoicing
- Dispute resolution
- Monthly finance reconciliation
- Goods receipting
- To maintain a high level of customer focus ensuring an efficient and polite service
- Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures
What We Would Like You to Bring
- Previous experience of working within a fast-paced administration role
- To be comfortable using Microsoft Excel & JDE operating systems
- Excellent telephone manner and good communicator
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Retains control during high pressure situations
- To be analytical & numerate
