Chadderton Oldham OL9 Permanent Full Time 33113 Plus Excellent Package
Our client is a highly reputable and growing facilities management contractor specialising in fire security and wider maintenance services. Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit a Coordination & Compliance Supervisor to join their team in Chadderton.
The successful candidate will oversee the effective progression of reactive and planned maintenance works support the service coordination team and ensure jobs are completed in line with contractual SLAs company procedures and relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee reactive service calls from initial logging through to completion.
Support Service Coordinators and Call Planners with scheduling job queries and operational issues.
Ensure jobs are correctly prioritised allocated and progressed in line with contractual SLAs.
Monitor jobs marked as in progress or service incomplete ensuring return visits and remedial works are arranged promptly.
Review engineer reports and prepare accurate quotations for remedial works upgrades and variations.
Track quoted works through approval planning and completion.
Provide technical guidance on fire alarms CCTV access control and intruder systems.
Act as an escalation point for complex faults repeat visits and service delivery issues.
Ensure planned preventative maintenance visits are scheduled and completed within agreed timescales.
Monitor breached jobs escalations and outstanding actions supporting recovery plans where required.
Ensure documentation and certificates are uploaded accurately to Alarm Master and relevant client portals.
Train coach and support Service Coordinators and Call Planners in systems processes and best practice.
Liaise with engineers customers suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical and operational issues.
Support the sales and commercial teams with technical input for quotations tenders and new contract mobilisation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant fire and security regulations.
Skills and Experience
Experience within fire and security service delivery coordination or technical support.
Good working knowledge of fire alarms CCTV access control or intruder systems.
Experience preparing quotations and reviewing engineer reports.
Strong understanding of SLAs KPIs and service delivery processes.
Confident problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
Experience supporting or supervising a service desk team.
Familiarity with Alarm Master or similar service management systems would be advantageous.
Knowledge of relevant standards including BS 5839 and NSI requirements would be beneficial.
