Residential Conveyancer Full Caseload Ownership

You will take responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion supported by a collaborative and highly experienced team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handling files from initial instruction through to post-completion
• Delivering excellent client service in line with the firms high standards
• Utilising modern case management systems and technology
• Supporting wider team initiatives and business development activities

We are keen to hear from candidates with the following experience and attributes:

• Licensed Conveyancer Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 years PQE (or equivalent)
• Alternatively an experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience managing their own caseload
• Strong understanding of UK residential property law and conveyancing processes
• Proven ability to run files independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent IT skills including case management systems
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
• A proactive positive and team-oriented approach
