Residential Conveyancer Full Caseload Ownership
You will take responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion supported by a collaborative and highly experienced team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold leasehold sales and purchases)
- Handling files from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Delivering excellent client service in line with the firms high standards
- Utilising modern case management systems and technology
- Supporting wider team initiatives and business development activities
We are keen to hear from candidates with the following experience and attributes:
- Licensed Conveyancer Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 years PQE (or equivalent)
- Alternatively an experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience managing their own caseload
- Strong understanding of UK residential property law and conveyancing processes
- Proven ability to run files independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent IT skills including case management systems
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
- A proactive positive and team-oriented approach
