Controls Strategy & Innovation Vice President

As a Controls Strategy & Innovation - Vice President within the Strategy and Innovation team in the Controls organization you will define and drive a transformation roadmap across key controls initiatives. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance improve execution discipline and deliver clear executive-ready reporting on progress risks and outcomes.

Job responsibilities

• Establish and lead program management support for transformation initiatives across the global Controls organization
• Define transformation roadmaps milestones dependencies and success metrics to drive consistent delivery
• Advise and influence senior leaders on key decisions trade-offs and change approaches
• Build executive-level materials and narrative updates for senior management and business leadership forums
• Build strong collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and technology partners with a focus on delivery outcomes
• Support the definition of target operating models governance and controls frameworks
• Drive analytics and reporting improvements by automating manual data preparation and reporting processes
• Identify mitigate and escalate risks and issues ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities recommending changes and supporting adoption

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Demonstrated program and project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Demonstrated experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems define measurable outcomes and drive delivery against milestones
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including executive-level storytelling and material development
• Demonstrated change management experience including driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to understand end-to-end processes and translate insights into action
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across business and technology partners
• Experience working effectively across geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Experience supporting controls governance risk management or operating model transformation initiatives
• Experience improving reporting through automation and workflow standardization
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and ways of working
• Experience building governance routines (for example steering forums metrics and status reporting) across multiple programs
