About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the review negotiation and management of a wide range of customer and commercial agreements across multiple European jurisdictions.
Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales Commercial Legal Risk and Finance teams you will help ensure contractual compliance while balancing commercial objectives and risk exposure.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Review negotiate and manage customer contracts across multiple European jurisdictions including the UK Ireland France Belgium Netherlands Germany Switzerland Sweden and Spain.
- Conduct contract risk assessments and advise internal stakeholders on contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
- Draft and execute Statements of Work and Work Orders in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Commercial and Sales teams providing guidance on customer terms and conditions.
- Make informed decisions regarding contractual terms escalating matters outside risk tolerance thresholds where appropriate.
- Manage contractual SLAs and prioritize competing workload demands effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Legal Risk & Assurance Export Control ESG Commercial Billing and Senior Leadership teams.
- Support pre-litigation matters in partnership with Legal and Risk teams.
- Contribute to reporting contractual analysis and ad hoc projects supporting divisional leadership.
