The role:

As a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Engineer you will help drive our goals by:

• Working both alone and with leadership support identifying facilitating and project managing continuous improvement projects throughout the business

• To ensure that the safety and well-being of yourself and your colleagues and the constraints of our Regulatory permits and licences are given priority over all else in your area of contribution

• To support and develop production systems both digital and physical

• Implement data analysis and visualisation tools including Tableau & PowerBI

• Deliver coaching on data management strategies and foundation lean tools to all levels of the organisation to create a culture of continuous improvement meeting our Operational Excellence requirements

• Analyse production data to identify opportunity within the organisation

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Continuous Improvement activity experience within workplace environment

• A degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering Science or similar or relevant experience

• Experience of using a problem-solving process using proven root cause analysis would be an advantage

• Experience or education in IT systems commonly used in Operations and Management environments would be advantageous

• Experience of deploying improvement projects and managing the process through to completion
