The role

Were looking for a Content & Social Media Associate to help build Bounds presence across social and turn it into a genuine growth and pipeline channel.

Were a fast-moving marketing team. Were constantly testing new ideas formats and channels moving quickly on the things that work and killing the things that dont. We dont believe in spending weeks perfecting an idea before putting it into the world - wed rather launch learn and iterate.

This role is for someone who thrives in that environment.

You dont need professional social media experience. You could be straight out of university or have 12 years of experience. What matters is that you know how to create content and have built or grown something a TikTok LinkedIn YouTube channel Instagram account newsletter community or company page.

Youll be hands-on across the full process: coming up with ideas spotting trends writing hooks filming editing publishing engaging with our audience and tracking what works.

Youll have a lot of creative freedom and the opportunity to own something meaningful from day one. We want you to find the channels formats and ideas that work for Bound build them into repeatable engines and ultimately turn social into a meaningful source of audience inbound and pipeline.

Content & Social

• Create and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant channels (potentially X and Youtube)
• Come up with ideas hooks scripts and formats
• Film and edit short-form video yourself
• Manage Bounds social profiles and content calendar
• Create case studies customer stories thought leadership and content
• Engage with our audience and relevant conversations
• Work with the team to turn our people customers product and expertise into great content

Trends & Growth

• Stay close to trends creators and emerging formats
• Constantly test new ideas and creative approaches
• Track performance and understand what drives reach engagement and audience growth
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable content formats
• Understand how social can ultimately drive inbound leads and pipeline

• Youve grown a social channel audience or community - personal or professional
• You know how to create content from idea through to publication
• Youre comfortable filming and editing video
