Based in East Yorkshire this full-time role offers a salary of 28000 to 35000 and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership. Youll have genuine ownership of content and communications activity helping to shape how the brand engages with its customers through compelling storytelling engaging content and consistent messaging.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where youll be responsible for creating coordinating and delivering content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating engaging content across social media blogs email campaigns and customer communications
• Developing compelling brand narratives that resonate with customers
• Managing social media content planning scheduling and performance
• Writing and editing content that reflects the companys tone of voice
• Producing briefs for copywriters and creative partners
• Working closely with external agencies and content creators
• Supporting customer acquisition and retention initiatives through content marketing
• Ensuring consistency across all marketing communications
• Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

About You

Were looking for someone who genuinely enjoys content marketing and understands how powerful storytelling can influence customer behaviour and brand loyalty.

You will ideally have:

• Experience creating content within a commercial business environment
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing business social media channels
• The ability to identify and communicate customer-focused stories
• Experience briefing copywriters agencies or creative partners
• An understanding of customer engagement and audience development
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
