Role Summary:

Were looking for a creative hands-on Content Executive to join the marketing team at FAT Karting League a fast-growing global motorsport brand with a big ambition: to change the way young drivers enter the sport.

This is a chance to create content around some of the most exciting people and events in motorsport. From our World Finals to our F4 team to working with some of the biggest names in the sport and the next generation of racing talent youll help tell the stories that make FAT Karting League unique.

Youll be involved from camera to final edit capturing footage and photography then turn it into exciting social-first content across our five growing markets. Youll be creating everything from fast-paced racing edits and driver stories to behind-the-scenes content graphics and campaign creative.

Key Responsibilities:

Content creation

Shoot high-quality video and photography at races events and activations

Attend UK events and potentially international events to capture content

Capture engaging behind-the-scenes driver coaching and race content

Plan and create short-form content for Instagram TikTok YouTube and paid advertising

Turn event footage into a consistent flow of social and campaign content supporting 5 social accounts and our paid output

Identify opportunities to tell stories around our drivers coaches events and the wider FAT Karting League journey

Editing and Design

Edit short-form video for social media and paid ads

Create graphics and creative assets for social and advertising campaigns

Adapt content into different formats platforms and campaign requirements

Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content ensuring fundamental brand guidelines are followed

Work quickly and creatively to produce content around a busy events calendar

Supporting our regions

Create and coordinate content across five regions working with local teams to understand what is happening on the ground and guiding them on what content to capture on event

Help build a consistent global content approach while allowing each region to showcase its own stories

Repurpose strong content across regions and campaigns where appropriate

Working with the marketing team

Work closely with the wider marketing team to execute campaigns from concept through to delivery

Supporting on content to support CRM email campaigns

Translate campaign objectives into creative engaging content

Support launches events promotions and key marketing campaigns

Bring new ideas to the table and stay on top of social and content trends

Help build a strong library of high-quality photo video and creative assets

Qualifications and Experience:

1 years experience in content creation social media creative marketing or a similar role

Strong ability to shoot and edit video and photography

Confident creating engaging short-form content for social media

Good eye for visual design and storytelling

Experience with Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Canva and Figma (or equivalents)

Comfortable working independently from a brief but equally happy collaborating with a wider team

Organised proactive and able to manage multiple content requirements at once

Happy to travel across the UK and international events to capture content

A strong understanding of what makes content engaging on social media

Experience in motorsport content creation sports content or a genuine passion for motorsport would be highly beneficial.

You dont need to have worked in motorsport before but you should be excited by the opportunity to work around racing drivers competition and performance.

Youll be creating content in an environment where motorsport isnt just the subject of the content its the heart of the brand.
