Veritas Careers are recruiting for an Established and Highly successful National Automotive Retailer who have a requirement for a Contact Centre Car Sales Executive to join their busy operation in Leicestershire.
Requirements
Ideally you will have experience of working in a franchise dealership as a sales executive or have worked in a fast paced selling call centre environment. If you are a confident and organised individual and have the ability to quickly engage customers you will be successful in this role.
You will join a team predominantly from automotive retail backgrounds in a lively and vibrant selling environment with most if not all team members earning at or above on target earnings.
Benefits
They are offering a generous basic salary and a total package circa 45000 OTE but there are a number of team members earning in excess of 60000.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in a Call Centre Management or similar leadership role. Strong track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction. Exceptional leadership coaching and motivational skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Confident handling performance-related issues and HR tasks (rotas holidays commissions). FCA accreditation (or willingness to obtain). A proactive professional and customer-focused mindset.
