Werelooking for aContactCentreAgentto join our friendly team inPrestonLancashire. In this roleyoullbe the first point of contact for our customers helping to resolve queries process orders and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

What will you be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with care and efficiency

  • Managing order tracking invoicing returns and discrepancies

  • Supporting the sales team with quotes stock queries and reporting

  • Maintainingaccuraterecords and documentation

  • Identifyingopportunities to improve our processes and customer experience

  • Ensuring customer complaints are handled fairly quickly and effectively.

  • Collaborating with peers and contributing to a positive team environment

Our successful candidate will need:

  • Basic computer skills and a keen eye for detail

  • A proactive attitude andstrong communicationskills (telephone online and email)

  • A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and able to work under own initiative.
