LOCATION

Located at80VS Victoria Street London howeverto travel to sites when needed. Expected office days are 3 4 days.

THE ROLE

  • Supportthe development and delivery ofconsumer experience initiativesacross retail destinationsensuring alignment with brandoperationscommercial and consumerobjectives.

  • Analyseconsumerdata behaviouralinsightsand performancemetrics translating findings intoclear recommendationsand actions that improve experience.

  • Contribute to the delivery of projects (e.g. placemakingandactivations) supporting timelines budgets andcross-functionalcoordination.

  • Assistinmaintainingbrandstandards ensuringconsumer facingtouchpoints are consistent high quality andon brandacross assets.

  • Support creative and operational delivery helpingbalance innovation with effective execution.

  • WorkcollaborativelywithGuest ExperienceManagersMarketingRetailteamsand external partnersto deliver engaging consumer experiences.

  • Identifyopportunitiesforimprovementsupporting trials of new toolsformatsand processes to enhance experience deliveryacross our retail destinations.

  • Confidentlycontribute tocross-functionaldiscussionsrepresentingthe consumer perspective andproviding informed input.

  • best practice andknowledgewith peerssupporting team capabilityand a positive collaborative culture.

  • Demonstrateadaptability resilience and professionalismwhen workingacross prioritiesin afast-pacedenvironment.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Analyse and collate insight from multiple sources(reports research partner inputs)identifyingtrendsand producing clear outputs thatsupportconsumer experiencedecision-making.

  • Contribute to innovation and proposition development bysupporting ideation testing and deliveryof new guest experiences that enhance commercial social and brand outcomes.

  • Support brand consistency by applying andmaintainingthe agreed house style across consumer touchpoints working closely with Retail and GX teams.

  • Workcollaboratively with internal teams particularly GX Managers and external partners to support the delivery ofhigh-qualitymulti-channelconsumer experiences.

  • Support the delivery of placemaking socialising & entertainment and alternative space initiatives ensuring activities are wellcoordinated executed toplanand measured effectively.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Able tointerpret and summarise complex data setsand consumer insights producingclear outputsthat inform experience design anddecision-making.

  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to present ideas and insights effectively tostakeholders across different disciplines.

  • Experience supporting thedevelopmentanddeliveryofdesign-ledphysicaland digitalactivationsideally within retail B2Cormixed-useenvironments.

  • Experience working in aninsight-ledor strategic environment such as consultancy production agencyor a large matrixed organisation with exposure tocross-functionalways of workingand clear outcomes on delivery

  • Experience contributing to workshops and collaborative sessions that support innovation cocreationand alignment across teams.

  • Strong creative eye with experience contributing to digital design projects ensuring brandconsistencyand delivering engagingvisual content.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing competing deadlines and stakeholders whilemaintaininghigh standardsof deliveryorganisationand attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word)

  • Basic to intermediateproficiencyin Adobe Creative Suiteand/or other creative applications with the ability to support creative development and asset production.
