Role
- Work on high-value construction projects mostly in the UK but also internationally negotiating and drafting project documentation and contracts including all standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements
- Work across sectors includinghealth care education sustainability and renewables as well as real estate housing & accommodation property investment and commercial property
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
- Play an active role in business development
- 6 years PQE
- Experience of a wide range of non-contentious construction matters including all standard form contracts
- Experience with development investors or housing and accommodation an advantage
