Connect to Work IPS Operations Manager Lincolnshire Salary: 45000 Contract: Full-time permanent Location: Remote with regular travel across Lincolnshire Standguide is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead its Connect to Work IPS delivery across Lincolnshire ensuring strong people leadership contractual performance and high-quality participant outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead operational delivery across teams and locations supporting Team Managers and Employment Specialists Achieve contractual targets for engagement employment outcomes quality and sustained performance Analyse management information KPIs and fidelity measures and implement improvement plans Oversee workforce planning performance management appraisals and staff development Maintain quality compliance safeguarding governance and audit readiness Manage resources and budgets and work closely with commissioners partners and internal functions Embed best practice service integration and continuous improvement About you Substantial operational-management experience in employability health skills or commissioned public services Experience leading managers and geographically dispersed target-driven teams Strong commercial analytical quality-assurance and stakeholder-management capability Knowledge of IPS supported employment or Connect to Work is desirable Able to travel regularly across Lincolnshire Benefits 33 days annual leave including bank holidays rising to 38 days after five years Birthday day off Workplace pension and health cash plan after probation Online GP employee assistance programme and death-in-service cover Company sick pay cycle scheme and continuing professional development Employee-owner benefits Appointment is subject to references right-to-work checks and an Enhanced DBS check.
