Job Summary
Connect to Work Integration and Partnership Co-ordinator Lincolnshire Salary: Contract: Full-time permanent Location: Lincolnshire Standguide is recruiting a co-ordinator to develop the partnerships and integrated referral pathways that underpin its Connect to Work service across Lincolnshire. Key responsibilities Build productive relationships with local authorities health services employers voluntary organisations and community partners Develop and maintain effective referral routes into and across the service Promote Connect to Work through meetings events presentations and local networks Coordinate partnership activity identify gaps and support continuous service improvement Monitor engagement referrals and outcomes and provide clear performance information Ensure partnership activity meets contractual safeguarding equality and data-quality requirements About you Strong partnership-development and stakeholder-management experience Knowledge of employability health local-government or community services Confident communicator with excellent organisation facilitation and reporting skills Able to travel across Lincolnshire Benefits 33 days annual leave including bank holidays rising to 38 days after five years Birthday day off Workplace pension and health cash plan after probation Online GP employee assistance programme and death-in-service cover Company sick pay cycle scheme and continuing professional development Employee-owner benefits Appointment is subject to references right-to-work checks and an Enhanced DBS check.
