About the Role
Flamingo Flowers is looking for motivated and reliable Conditioning Operatives to join our production team in Sandy. This role is an important part of our flower preparation process ensuring products are handled conditioned and prepared to the highest standards before moving through production.

You will work across various conditioning areas supporting production targets while maintaining excellent quality hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Work across different conditioning areas as required.
Follow training instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
Handle and prepare flowers and products carefully to maintain quality standards.
Ensure products are stored and processed correctly throughout conditioning.
Meet productivity and performance targets set by your Team Leader.
Maintain high standards of hygiene food safety and housekeeping.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily operational goals.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to support smooth operations.
What Were Looking For

Ability to follow instructions and training effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable flexible and willing to work across different tasks and areas.
Commitment to quality safety and achieving performance targets.
Previous experience in production manufacturing warehouse horticulture or food environments is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
