Were looking for a proactive and detaildriven Compliance Officer to support the development and delivery of our organisationwide compliance framework. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys structure problemsolving and working across multiple departments to help build a strong futureready compliance culture.

What youll be doing

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of compliance policies controls and documentation
• Coordinating risk assessments evidence collection and internal audits
• Monitoring regulatory changes and helping assess their impact
• Assisting supplier quality compliance checks
• Assisting with compliance incident logging investigations and reporting
• Working closely with multiple departments to embed compliance across the business

What were looking for

• Experience in compliance risk audit quality or a regulated environment
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Able to analyse information spot gaps and follow actions through
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements
• Curious proactive and eager to learn
