About the Role
Are you looking for an opportunity to make a genuine difference while developing your career in compliance and asset management As our Compliance Officer youll play a pivotal role in helping us provide safe high-quality homes for our residents. Working as part of our forward-thinking Assets and Decarbonisation Team youll take ownership of key landlord compliance areas including asbestos management water safety (legionella) and lifting equipment compliance ensuring we meet our legal obligations and maintain the highest safety standards.
This is a varied and rewarding role where youll work with colleagues contractors and external partners to manage compliance programmes oversee contractor performance conduct audits analyse data and drive continuous improvement. Youll have the opportunity to influence how we deliver services contribute to strategic objectives and help shape a culture where safety compliance and resident wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.
