A fantastic opportunity hasarisen for aComplianceCustomer Liaison Officerto join our team.
The key responsibilities of the role willbe toassistthe Compliance teamby providing an effective and efficientcustomerliaisonserviceacting as a main point of contact for residents in relation to statutory and planned compliance activity(for example gas safety electrical safety fire safety and other property compliance requirements) with a particular focus on engaging customers and securing access to hard-to-access properties.
You will also support the planningcoordinationand delivery of compliance programmes drivinghigh levelsof tenant satisfaction through proactive communicationeducationand reassuranceregardingcompliance requirements.
This role is expected to be office and site based with a minimum of one day per week working fromour officeand a minimum of one day per week working on site (subject to service need).

Scope forsomeagile working(homeworking) and flexibility of working hoursbalanced with operational needs.
To succeed you will have customer facing experience alongside experience ofliaising with contractors and/or operatives to coordinate appointmentsaccessand customer will have experience of supporting the delivery ofcompliance programmes(e.g. gas electrical fire safety) and/or planned operational activity. Excellent communication and administrative skills arerequired along with the ability to analyse data and produce reports.
