What Will You Be Doing
Carry out compliance and service delivery file reviews to helpmaintainhigh standardsacross the firm.
Follow up with fee earners on the legal elements of file reviews to supporttimelyand thorough completion.
Keep the file review master tracker up to date to supportaccuratereporting and oversight.
Review and chase Matter Risk Assessments to help keep compliance processes on track.
Check in with colleagues on mandatory compliance training to support completion across the team.
Work alongside the team on client complaints to help provide thoughtful andappropriate responses.
