• Support accessible lessons sensory activities and communication programmes.
• Follow individual support plans and agreed care procedures.
• Promote choice dignity participation and independence.
• Work collaboratively with teachers therapists and care colleagues.

• Experience with complex needs PMLD care or SEN education.
• A reliable respectful and attentive approach.
• Willingness to support personal care where required.
• QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
