What you will do

• Support accessible lessons communication routines and sensory activities.
• Follow individual support plans and agreed regulation strategies.
• Encourage participation while respecting each pupils pace and choices.
• Work collaboratively with teachers therapists and care staff.

What you will bring

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
• A calm reliable approach and confident safeguarding awareness.
• QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
