Complex Needs Classroom Support Assistant Tower Hamlets Help pupils with complex learning communication and physical needs participate safely and meaningfully throughout the school day. What you will do Support accessible lessons sensory activities and communication routines. Follow individual care mobility and learning plans with dignity. Encourage choice engagement and developing independence. Work closely with teachers therapists and care colleagues. What you will bring Relevant complex-needs PMLD care or classroom experience. A respectful attentive and reliable approach. Confidence following safeguarding and moving-and-handling guidance. QTS is not required for this classroom-support role. Contract: Full-time temporary Pay: 110150 per day PAYE Right-to-work references and enhanced child-workforce DBS checks apply.
