Complex Care Assistant

Location: Brampton Chesterfield

Pay Rate: Up to 14.57 per hour (including holiday pay)

• Evening shifts: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Night shifts: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM

We are looking for a compassionate reliable and enthusiastic Female Complex Care Assistant to support a female client in the Brampton Chesterfield area.

Our client is a friendly and engaging young woman with:

• Cerebral Palsy
• PEG feeding requirements
• Epilepsy
• Non-verbal communication
• Wheelchair user
• Doubly incontinent

She has a great sense of humour loves music and has a bubbly personality making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and supporting clients to live fulfilling lives.

• Providing dignified and respectful 1:1 personal care.
• Supporting with PEG feeding and epilepsy management (full training provided if required).
• Supporting non-verbal communication and promoting engagement.
• Assisting with mobility and daily living activities.
• Managing and responding appropriately to any challenging behaviours.
• Transporting the client to appointments activities and community outings using your own vehicle.
• Following personalised care plans and maintaining accurate records.
• Promoting independence wellbeing and quality of life.

Right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

Minimum 6 months paid care experience in the UK.

Comfortable providing personal care.

Full flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Reliable caring and committed to delivering outstanding care.

Up to 14.57 per hour (including holiday pay).

Specialist complex care training including PEG feeding and epilepsy care.
