Weve partnered withStarlight to operate one of their standout developments Trinity Way in Manchester and were now looking for Community Hosts to join our friendly team and act as the face of the development with residents and visitors displaying professionalism and a genuine care for the property.

This development in Manchester is a brand new 60-storey 532-suite tower in the Castlefield conservation area on the bank of the River Irwell. The property will include a diverse mix of one two- and three-bedroom apartments plus top floor penthouses. Extensive high-quality amenities will include an indoor pool co-working areas a gym resident lounges and an outdoor terrace.

Heres what youll be doing:

Be the go-to person:

Youll be the first point of contact for our residents at the front desk over email or via phone. Whether it be a question about our amenities or a maintenance request youll be on hand to help!

Key Duties

• Act as the face of the community delivering a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors.
• Maintain building safety and security through inspections and emergency procedures.
• Complete operational tasks to ensure compliance and support team KPIs.
• Support the resident journey to deliver an excellent living experience.

Leasing

• Respond to enquiries and support viewings and applications.
• Assist prospects through to move-in.
• Update listings and support marketing activity.
• Contribute to reporting and market insights.

Move-Ins / Renewals / Move-Outs

• Ensure applications meet compliance requirements.
• Prepare apartments and coordinate cleaning/maintenance.
• Deliver smooth move-in and move-out experiences.
• Support renewals and complete inventory reports.
• Manage end-of-tenancy checks damages and deposits.

Resident & Building Services

• Handle resident enquiries complaints and accounts.
• Log and manage maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records and data systems.
• Manage parcels keys bookings parking and utilities.
• Support resident events and communications.
• Coordinate contractors and services access.
• Conduct inspections and report issues.

Building Patrols & Safety

• Perform regular safety and maintenance checks.
• Monitor CCTV and control site access.
• Manage visitors and report concerns.
• Follow emergency and continuity procedures.

Who You Are

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised detail-focused and proactive.
• Confident working independently and handling issues calmly.
• IT literate (MS Office and systems).
• Committed to high standards and resident experience.
• Relevant qualifications (desirable).
• Professional enthusiastic and results-driven.
