What youll need:

Werelooking for someone who ispassionate about helping people improve their livesandprospectsandwho is confident working face to facewith customersresidentsand stakeholders.

You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills comfortable dealing with sensitive situations and supporting vulnerable individuals with empathy professionalism and understanding.

Youllbring experience in community engagement employability support volunteeringemployer engagementskillsbrokerageor a related field alongside a strong understanding of community needs and how to work with local partners to create practical opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated proactive in spotting opportunities and resilient when working with people who may be facing personal challenges long-termunemploymentor other barriers to progression.
