Community care assistant

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistants to join our growing care team in Barnes. Youll provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
  
• Assist with washing dressing grooming and toileting.
  
• Support with medication administration (following training and company policies).
  
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration.
  
• Carry out light household duties.
  
• Accompany clients to appointments and into the community.
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
  
• Complete accurate care records and report any concerns promptly.
  
• Follow individual care plans and company policies.
  

• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
  
• A caring compassionate and professional attitude.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Right to work in the UK.
  
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
  
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
