Where possible we aim to allocate care rounds that are geographically efficient to minimise travel time and support a positive work-life balance for our team members.

Assisting with all aspects of personal care including washing dressing grooming and toileting

Supporting mobility transfers and safe movement around the home

Assisting with medication administration in accordance with training and company procedures

Supporting meal preparation nutrition and hydration

Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction

Supporting individuals living with dementia and other complex needs

Carrying out light housekeeping and domestic duties

Maintaining accurate care records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements

Reporting safeguarding concerns and changes in wellbeing promptly

Delivering care in accordance with individual care plans and Bradcares quality standards
