Your main responsibilities will be;
Develop and deliver an internal communications and engagement strategy aligned to Apollos business priorities people strategy and EVP.
Function as the central coordination point for internal communications across the business working with stakeholders to understand priorities managing requests and aligning support to business needs.
Create and deliver clear engaging communications that connect employees with Apollos purpose strategy culture and values.
Design and deliver communications for HR projects including organisational change Job Architecture career pathways culture and values DEI wellbeing and reward programmes.
Build strong relationships with leaders departments and functional teams to understand priorities gather insight and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
