Job summary

Were looking for a communications coordinator to join our corporate communications team. They willsupport the communications marketing and fundraising directorate to ensure the smooth and efficient running of directorate projects and processes including monitoring and evaluation and providing logistical support for a range of events campaigns and projects.

In this role youll support a number of different teams including internal communications PR social media andexternal affairs. Youll need to have excellent organisational skills including managing a varied and busy workload to tight deadlines and the ability to use initiative and adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate will have experience in working in a communications role and have excellent communication skills including preparing copy for different audiences.

The post requires working outside of 9-5 office hours such as evenings and occasionally weekends and to travel to other locations as necessary for which time off in lieu and an allowance will be given.

Location allowance is payable to those who work in accordance with ourhybrid working model.
