Communications and Engagement Intern

We are seeking a Communications and Engagement intern to join our high performingand diverse team in our London office.You will beeager to learn motivated to grow and thrive as part of a collaborative team.

In this dynamic role you will contribute to internal communication initiatives by helping todisseminatecritical updates and providing support for employee engagement programs such as Townhallsintranet sitesand leadership communications.You will supportthe Change andCommunications Practice Line lead on design and delivery of Client Engagement plans to drive lead gen and cross sell forProfessionalServicesWorkingalongside expert travel consultants you willplay a pivotal rolesupportingrevenue delivery across ourPractice Lines.You will support engagements within our Communications Practice Lines. Alongside delivery work you willbe responsible forcreatingoperating model efficiencies throughequippingthe Amex GBT Consulting team with comprehensive communicationandtools and strategic assets enablingexceptionalandconsistent client deliverables.

WhatYoullDo

• Collaborate to produce resources to support internal communication initiatives including newsletters Townhalls Intranet sites and leadership communications.

• Produce a variety of engaging polished communication materials to support internal and external communications.

• Provide communicationsexpertiseto support the delivery ofchange management andcommunicationsengagements.

• Support the creation ofatraining plan to drive cross-skill into change managementand communications.

• Work with consultants to design and deliver templated best practice change management and communication assets to support a variety of client deliverables.

• Collect samplecommunications and change management assetsand organize themfor easy access by the Amex GBT Consulting team.

• Collaborate to produce resources tosupport the creation and execution of anexternal client engagementplan.

• 3 days a week Onsite in London GBT office

• 2 years study or work experiencein fields requiringcopywrittencommunication.

• Strong writtencommunicationskills with the ability to write compelling concise communications using a variety of tools.

• Capability to quickly understand briefs and translate them into effective communications.

• An eye forvisual designandoutstanding attention to detail.

• Curious and innovative mentality and conceptual thinking.

• Highly self-motivated and self-organized with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
