What youll be doing

Supporting the kitchen team in deliveringhigh-quality dishes consistently

Preparing fresh ingredients to specification andhigh standards

Learning and working across different sectionsof the kitchen

Following recipes food safety and hygienestandards at all times

Assisting with stock rotation deliveries andgeneral kitchen organisation

Working closely with senior chefs to developyour skills and confidence

What were looking for

A passion for food and a genuine interest incooking

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work well under pressure in a busykitchen

Strong attention to detail and pride in yourwork

Basic kitchen experience or cateringqualification is helpful but not essential

A team player who is reliable enthusiastic andhardworking
