Commis Chef

We are currently recruiting for a COMMIS CHEF. This role involves;

• Assisting with food preparation including salads vegetables starters main courses and bakery section
• Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations
• Completing temperature checks
• Assisting with stock rotation
• A keen eye for detail
• Good time management
• A commitment to reducing waste in the kitchen by adhering to menu and portion sizes
• Experience in a commis chef role is not necessary as full training will be given

Hours of work: 

• Full-time working 35 - 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 
• 12pm - 9.30pm 

Qualifications :

• Previous Commis Chef / Kitchen experience
