Were recruiting Commis Chefs to join the kitchen team at Alberts Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work through our busiest and most exciting season developing your skills in a fast-paced fresh food kitchen alongside an experienced team of chefs. If youre passionate about cooking and ready to build on your experience wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing

• Preparing fresh high-quality ingredients and dishes to our standards.
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy services.
• Learning from experienced chefs in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining excellent food quality consistency and presentation.
• Keeping high standards of cleanliness organisation and food safety throughout service.
