Position Title:SQS / Commercial Manager
Work Location:- Central Glasgow
Rate- 75p/hr Outside IR35 Subject to QDOS assessment

Hours 40 hour week. 3 days office 2 remotely. (Tuesday Wed Thurs preferred) Although negotiable.

We are seeking anSQS / Commercial Managerfora 36-month contract based in Glasgow Scotland.
Role Overview
The role will involve developing procurement strategies contract management plans and ITT processes (includingsupporting competitive and compliant tender submissions). The successful candidate will manage the tender process end-to-end including preparation of documentation commercial evaluation of bids and supplier negotiations to achieve best value outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cost planning estimating and benchmarking
- Tender preparation evaluation and negotiation
- Procurement strategy development
- Commercial risk identification and pricing
- Stakeholder engagement across bid design and delivery teams
- Experience in pre-contract and tendering within major infrastructure projects with strong commercial acumenand analytical skills
- MRICS and/or MCIPS preferred
