Commercial Sales Manager

Pybus Recruitment is working with a well-established automotive retail group to recruit an experienced Commercial Sales Manager for a busy multi-franchise dealership in Lincoln.

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading the sales department driving vehicle finance and insurance performance and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels across the dealership.

You will work closely with the senior management team to deliver sales targets maximise profitability and develop a high-performing sales team.

• Lead motivate and develop the sales team to achieve departmental objectives.
  
• Drive vehicle finance and insurance sales performance.
  
• Monitor and manage KPI performance against budget.
  
• Ensure customers receive an outstanding purchasing experience.
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable finance and insurance solutions.
  
• Support forecasting planning and performance reviews.
  
• Maintain compliance with all FCA consumer and motor industry regulations.
  
• Deliver coaching and development to improve team performance.
  
• Provide regular reporting and performance feedback to senior management.

• About You
  

  To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
  

  • Previous Automotive Sales Management or Senior Sales experience.
    
  • A proven track record of delivering strong finance and insurance results.
    
  • Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
    
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
    
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    
  • The ability to organise prioritise and manage multiple demands.
    
  • Outstanding customer service and customer retention skills.
    
  • Up-to-date knowledge of automotive retail processes and legislation.
    
  • A full UK driving licence.
