As a Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor you will manage your own varied caseload whilst delivering practical commercially focused legal advice to clients.

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial and residential property transactions
• Advising clients on property acquisitions and disposals
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Drafting and negotiating contracts leases transfers and associated legal documentation
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters
• Managing lease extensions and remortgages
• Assisting with commercial leases renewals and assignments
• Conducting title reviews and due diligence investigations
• Liaising with clients lenders agents and other stakeholders
• Maintaining excellent client service standards throughout the transaction process
• Supporting business development and networking activities where appropriate

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial and/or Residential Property
• Experience gained within a UK legal practice
• Proven ability to manage a property caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
• Experience advising on commercial property transactions
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of Land Registry procedures and property legislation
• Outstanding client care and relationship management skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Commercially aware and proactive approach to legal practice
