Commercial Property Solicitor Southend-on-Sea or Hatfield Peverel Full-Time Office-Based preferred but hybrid working is available up to 2 days a week

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the busy Commercial Property Departments based in Southend-on-Sea or Hatfield Peverel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented solicitor to become part of a collaborative and professional team handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.

The successful applicant will have experience across a wide range of commercial property transactions including:

• Commercial conveyancing
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Financing and development agreements
