Salary: 55000 to 70000

An established well-regarded law firm in Romford is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor (4 years PQE) due to continued growth. The Opportunity
You will join a friendly experienced property team handling a broad range of commercial property matters. This role suits someone who enjoys variety can run files with confidence and wants to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing amixed commercial property caseloadfrom instruction through to completion
  • Advising clients on a range of commercial property transactions and related matters
  • Drafting reviewing and negotiating legal documents with attention to detail
  • Building strong relationships with clients agents and other third parties
  • Supporting business development through excellent service and repeat client work

What Our Client Is Looking For
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
  • 4 years PQE(Commercial Property)
  • Strong UK commercial property experiencewithin a law firm environment
  • Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and deliver a high standard of client care
  • Confident drafting and negotiation skills with a practical solutions-focused approach
Technical Experience (Preferred)
  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases(acting for landlords and tenants)
  • Lease renewals and variations
  • Title investigation and reporting
  • Due diligence and managing transaction timelines
