Salary: 55000 to 70000 (dependent on experience)

This role sits within a well-established Commercial Property team handling a broad mix of middle to high-end matters. Youll be trusted to run your own files supported by approachable colleagues and backed by modern systems and a culture that values doing great work without losing sight of work life balance.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing your own commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion

• Advising on sales and acquisitions of commercial property

• Handling landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases

• Supporting on banking and property finance matters where required

• Advising on asset management work and day-to-day property issues

• Building strong relationships with clients and third parties through clear practical communication

• Maintaining high standards of accuracy file management and client service

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with around 4 years PQE in commercial property (or equivalent experience)

• Confidence running your own caseload with minimal supervision

• Broad experience across commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant work

• Strong attention to detail and a professional client-first approach

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a friendly fast-paced environment
