Salary: 55000 to 75000 (dependent on experience)

Our client is looking for an experienced hire to take ownership of a varied commercial property caseload support junior colleagues and play a visible part in a commercially focused team supporting businesses and developers across the region.

Youll join a busy client-facing Commercial Property team with a strong reputation for service. The role offers a genuine platform to make an impact with the backing of a wider firm that invests in its people and supports long-term career growth.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing a varied Commercial Property caseload from instruction through to completion

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through a high standard of service

• Advising clients clearly and commercially with a practical approach to problem-solving

• Working closely with colleagues across the wider team to deliver joined-up support

• Mentoring and supporting junior staff members and contributing to their development

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive

• 5 years PQE experience in Commercial Property (essential)

• Strong time management organisation and IT skills

• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team

• Friendly approachable and professional manner

• A genuine focus on client care and delivering an excellent service
