Commercial Marketing Manager

As a Commercial Marketing Manager you will own and deliver the end-to-end development of food drink and promotional propositions across our Premium Ventures estate driving guest engagement sales and profitability. Youll work cross-functionally to transform insight into commercially compelling offers that are seamlessly executed across our pubs.

Qualifications :

As Commercial Marketing Manager you will

• Lead the development of customer-led food drink and promotional propositions that drive spend frequency and commercial growth
• Translate guest market and business insights into clear actionable proposition strategies and briefs
• Plan and deliver promotional activity aligned to key trading moments maximising return on investment and customer engagement
• Manage end-to-end activation from concept through to in-pub execution and post-launch performance review
• Use data insight and EPOS systems to monitor performance optimise activity and inform future decisions
• Lead and develop a Commercial Marketing Executive building a high-performing and collaborative team culture

What youll bring

• Proven experience in a commercial or marketing role ideally within hospitality retail or a multi-site environment
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales margin and growth through customer-led propositions
• Highly analytical with experience turning data into actionable insights and performance improvements
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the confidence to lead cross-functional activity
