About the Opportunity

Nuclear Power Programmes has been formed with the vision to support positive change and help shape the future of Nuclear Power. Operational throughout the UK and across continental Europe we are seeking to expand our team on a variety of nuclear projects which range in technologies and that find themselves at different stages of their development. To do this we are seeking to continuously employ talented individuals to join our diverse team that are excited about nuclear projects and are committed to Net Zero and Energy Security.

In both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.

• Ensure compliant ethical and efficient commercial operations.

• Manage contracts end-to-end (suppliers procurement change payments final accounts).

• Lead commercial teams and resolve complex challenges proactively.

Heres What Youll Need:

Were looking for a proven and experienced Senior Commercial Manager with experience in FIDIC and NEC 3&4 suite of contracts and major projects as well as knowledge of UK law and its impact upon the contracts and commercial function. Youll also demonstrate a good understanding of procurement contract performance measurement risk change and claim management.

Youll be able to work across multiple discipline teams to develop implement and operate commercial strategies and contractual agreements. Youll have a big-picture view and be able to develop and execute innovative approaches to commercial delivery for the benefit of the project.

Member of the RICS / CICES / IOB / CIPS or equivalent professional body is desirable.
