Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your project and contract management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside agile and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a key role in driving the success of customer projects by managing customer interfaces optimising revenue streams and supporting product launches. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Commercial Bids and Cross-Disciplinary Functions) analyse contract P&L and identify and mitigate risks and opportunities and much more.

Well look to you for:

• Management of customer projects and the customer interface (internal and external).
• Organic growth of opportunities on existing contracts (volume product or VO) to maximise profitability.
• Bid support to the Commercial and Bids Teams.
• Management and analysis of contract P&L
• Optimisation of revenue streams with Customers.
• Support for product launches.
• Definition of the customer demand profile and schedules.
• Conflict resolution with respect to customer priorities.
• Cash flow management (debt).
• Risk and Opportunities Identification and mitigation.
• Project reporting and representation at Customer

• Degree in Engineering / Project Management discipline or relevant industry experience.
• Experience or understanding of project and contract management.
• Knowledge of rail industry standards products and market (preferable).
• Familiarity with customer interface management (internal and external).

• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
