Location: Manchester (hybrid working)

Salary: 70000 to 95000 plus bonus and benefits

Experience: 5 to 10 years PQE

Youll join a busy well-regarded Dispute Resolution team in Manchester working with a varied client base including SMEs owner-managed businesses corporates and high-net-worth individuals. The work is interesting and genuinely broad and youll be trusted with autonomy while still having the support of a collaborative team around you.

The Opportunity This role offers the chance to take ownership of a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters with exposure across both court work and ADR. Youll also be encouraged to get involved in business development and networking in a way that feels natural and supported.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters from instruction through to resolution

• Advising on contractual disputes and wider commercial disputes

• Handling shareholder disputes and business ownership disputes

• Advising on partnership disputes

• Managing professional negligence claims

• Supporting on debt recovery and enforcement matters

• Advising on injunctive relief applications where required

• Handling commercial and property-related disputes

• Supporting clients through ADR including mediation

• Building strong client relationships through clear practical advice and excellent client care

• Contributing to business development and supporting the continued growth of the team

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 5 to 10 years PQE in commercial litigation

• Strong technical and analytical skills with a practical approach to problem-solving

• Confidence running a complex caseload with appropriate autonomy

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach

• Commercial awareness and a proactive solutions-focused mindset

• Comfortable contributing to networking and business development

• Collaborative working style and a genuine team-first attitude
